Our Team
Alexis Demassiet
Co-founder of WeNextEn. With over 20 years of experience in the energy sector, Alexis has worked on strategic and large-scale projects in nuclear energy and was involved at an early stage in the development of Virtual Power Plants (VPP) for E.ON across European markets. He brings strong expertise in IT, IoT, and energy services technologies, combined with a true entrepreneurial mindset.
Mathieu Pauwels
Co-founder of WeNextEn. With over 15 years of experience in global energy markets, Mathieu has worked across the full energy value chain — from renewable energy development to industrial energy-intensive operations and flexibility management. He has extensive experience in operating and optimizing portfolios of industrial and energy assets, as well as developing new business activities for flexibility operators.
Pierre Guillain
With 10 years of experience in the energy sector, Pierre played a key role in prequalifying the first Battery Energy Storage System in France. He has supported the development of energy IT platforms, as well as EMS and PMS embedded solutions for renewable and complex hybrid energy projects.
